Returns for shipped orders

You can make a return for an exchange, refund or voucher within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

If your country of delivery is listed below, we will provide you with a shipping label and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping address is indicated on the returns form, which you will receive by e-mail once your request has been validated on the order portal. If the return is outside the EU, you must complete the CN23 customs form, otherwise the return will be refused.

Cancelling an order that has not been dispatched

For orders that have not yet been dispatched, you can modify or cancel your order (as long as it is at the "Order confirmed" or "In process" stage) directly on the order portal:

Certain products cannot be returned or canceled, in accordance with our commercial policy. This includes, but is not limited to the following products:

- Collectors: Due to the random nature of collectors (Sonny Angel, Pokemon Cards, Popmart Labubu, Bearbrick), we do not accept returns for these products. Each product is sealed, and its contents are unknown until opened, ensuring a unique experience with each purchase.

- Underwear and socks: For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on socks, underwear and other similar items.

- Customized Air Force 1: Due to the customization of the Air Force 1, We do not accept returns or cancellations for these products. Each pair is modified on request at the time of order, guaranteeing a unique and tailor-made creation.

- Option to return time extension:After shipment, the return time extension option is neither cancelable nor refundable. The purchased item on which this option has been added remains eligible for return, in accordance with the classic return conditions, with the exception of the extended period.

You have 14 days from delivery of your order to return it.

Step 1: Get the returns form and send the parcel:
Go to the order portal to validate your return. You will then receive the returns form by e-mail.

Step 2: Receipt of your return on our premises:
Once your package has been received on our premises, our team will check that the product complies with our return conditions .
Oncethe return has been accepted, you will receive your voucher/refund within a maximum of 14 days.
If the return is refused, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the reason for refusal and the procedure for re-sending the parcel to the address of your choice, at your expense.

  • The returned product must be new, with no signs of wear and in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • All labels, laces and accessories must be present and attached.
  • The sealed Limited Resell badge must be attached.
