We have astrict authentication process. Each pair is examined in detail by our experts before being shipped to you. The authentication process includes verification of material, smell, soles, labels, laces, box and UV light.
These products are released in limited quantities and are sold out in boutiques and on traditional websites in a very short time.
To bring you all the models of trainers limited authentic and new, we work with a vast network of trusted retailers, made up of professionals and private individuals, as well as stores from trainers.
All the products we ship are brand new. During the authentication process, we carefully inspect the pair to ensure it is brand new. Your pair is shipped with the original box and packaging(extra laces, other accessories...).
Multiple references (Sku) for certain pairs of trainers are often the result of size variations offered by brands, particularly brands such as Nike. In the field of trainers limited editions, it is common for a particular model to be available in several versions.
For example, the Air Jordan 4 Retro Military Black. This model may be available in different sizes, both in the men's version (MS) and in the version designed for smaller sizes, below 40 (GS). The GS and MS versions share the same design and features. When consulting the product data sheet, you may notice that two different Sku part numbers are mentioned in the description: for example, DH6927-111 and 408452-111. These references correspond respectively to the MS and GS versions of the Air Jordan 4 Retro Military model. This consolidation of versions on a single product sheet simplifies the purchasing experience, avoiding any confusion between the different options available.
To help you make the right choice, note that when you select your size and examine the US sizing system, sizes followed by the letter "Y" are generally associated with GS versions, intended for sizes below 40. This allows you to quickly identify the version you are likely to receive.

What does this step mean?
Your product has been found by our team of buyers and is in transit to our premises. Its arrival is imminent.
Once the product has been received, your order will proceed to the "Authentication" stage, where it will be carefully examined by our experts to verify its authenticity and condition before being shipped to you.

Once your product has been received at our premises, it will be thoroughly inspected by our experts. Using a UV light, they examine the material, seams, labels and smell of the product to guarantee its authenticity. Each order is accompanied by a personalized certificate of authenticity.

Your product has left our premises after being authenticated and packed. It is now in transit to your home address, and you will find your tracking number on the notification email and on the order tracking page of your customer account. Your order will be delivered within 48 working hours on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We are subject to a market that can be uncertain, and even if the vast majority of orders are delivered on time, the initially announced lead time may sometimes be extended. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to make up for this delay, and your order will be treated with priority status. Our team does its utmost to receive, authenticate and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, delivery of your order may be delayed during the following 3 stages:
- In process - delay: We source these models from a very large network of partner retailers located around the world ( trainers stores, professional and private retailers). Our team of buyers is working hard to find your product.
- En route to Limited Resell - delay: Your order has been delayed on its way to our premises. The delivery time initially announced may sometimes be extended due to transport delays on certain continents, such as customs clearance for certain models from the USA. Rest assured, we will do our utmost to make up for this delay, and your order will be processed with priority status.
- Authentication - delay: The product was refused by our experts at the authentication stage. This is a very rare occurrence, for which we apologize: less than 1% of the products we receive are refused at the authentication stage by our experts. However, this step is essential in order to guarantee you an authentic, brand-new product. You will shortly receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed (step: En route to Limited Resell)
When you place an order with several items, your items may be sent in separate parcels as they are received in our premises.
The order becomes "delivered" when the first item in the order has actually been delivered.
But don't worry! You will receive all the items in your order. In addition to the order status e-mails, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the partial shipment of each item in your order, and an e-mail notifying you of the shipment of the last item in your order.
We will also provide you with the tracking numbers for each parcel sent to you.
Delivery times vary according to stock levels and the rarity of the pair.
In France and Europe, the delivery time is :

- - 8 to 15 working days for high rarity products.
- - 12 to 18 working days for extreme rarity products.
We establish a pair's rarity based on several factors, including:
- Release date (older models are harder to find).
- Production quantities.
- Demand.

Delivery times to the rest of the world are generally the same as to mainland France, and vary according to stock levels and rarity of the pair:

Orders are shipped from our premises in France.
If you choose home delivery, your order will be sent by tracked parcel service, insured and delivered against signature.
If you choose to have your order delivered to a "point relais", it will be sent by Chrono relais.
You can track the delivery of your order in real time using the tracking number , which is sent to you by e-mail as soon as your package is dispatched.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a dispatch e-mail with a tracking number, enabling you to follow the delivery of your parcel.
