We have astrict authentication process. Each pair is thoroughly examined by ourexpertsbefore being shipped to you. The authentication process includes checking the material, scent, soles, tags, laces, box, and a UV light test.
These products are released in limited quantities and sell out in stores and on traditional websites very quickly.
To offer you all the authentic and new limited edition trainers models, we work with a vast network of trusted resellers, made up of professionals and individuals, as well as trainers stores.
All products we ship arebrand new. During the authentication process, we carefully inspect the pair to ensure it is brand new. Your pair is shipped to you with theoriginal box and packaging. original(extra laces, other accessories, etc.).

Your product has been received at our premises and will be thoroughly inspected by our experts. They use UV light to examine the material, seams, labels, and scent of the product to ensure its authenticity. Each order comes with a personalized certificate of authenticity.

Your product has left our premises after being authenticated and packaged. It is now in transit to your home and you have your parcel tracking number in the notification email and on the order tracking page of your customer account . Your order will be delivered to you within 48 working hours on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We operate in a market that can be uncertain, and while the vast majority of orders are delivered on time, the initially announced delivery time may sometimes be extended. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make up for this delay, and your order will be processed with priority status. Our team is doing everything possible to receive, authenticate, and ship orders as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, the delivery of your order may be delayed during the following 3 stages:
- In Process - Delay: We source these models through a very large network of partner retailers located around the world ( trainers stores, professional retailers and individuals). Our team of buyers is working hard to find your product.
- On the way to Limited Resell - delay: Your order has been delayed while being shipped to our premises. The initially announced delivery time may sometimes be extended due to transport delays on certain continents, such as customs clearance for certain models coming from the United States. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to make up for this delay and your order will be processed with priority status.
- Authentication - delay: The product was rejected by our experts during the authentication step. This is a very rare case and we apologize for this, less than 1% of the products we receive are refused authentication by our experts. However, this step is essential in order to guarantee you an authentic and new product. You will soon receive an email confirming that your order has resumed its course (step: On the way to Limited Resell )
When you place an order with multiple items, your items may be sent in separate packages as your products arrive at our premises.
The order status changes to "delivered" when the first item in the order has actually been delivered.
However, don't worry! You will receive all the items in your order. In addition to the order progress emails, you will receive an email notifying you of the partial shipment of each item in your order, and an email notifying you of the shipment of the last item in your order.
