The Converse brand has collaborated with the famous Japanese brand Comme des Garçons Play . This partnership allowed the creation of the famous Converse Comme des Garçons collection , so coveted, with its famous red heart, the CDG Play logo . Resulting from the collaboration between Nike and designer JW Anderson, the Converse Run Star Hike is a reissue of the Chuck Taylor All Star and expands the brand's permanent collection. With its thick sole lined with a rubber outsole (for more style and comfort, this is cut into two pieces in different colors), this hybrid sneaker has a very original look. To top it off, the heel is decorated with the brand's characteristic star. Furthermore, the Converse Run Star Hike is available in several colors. The Converse Fear Of God
Just like the Converse Run Star Hike , the Converse Fear Of God is a reissue of the Chuck All Star 70. It results from the collaboration between Nike and the Fear Of God brand by designer Jerry Lorenzo . Even if the new model has retained the codes of the original model, a Fear Of God touch is added. These include a black canvas base complemented with a cream leather tongue. Apart from the eyelets which structure the cream laces, the Fear Of God branding is printed on the heel equipped with a rear pull-tab. We also find the traditional Converse patch on the interior sides. It should be remembered that this collection is available in several models, namely the Converse Chuck 70 Fear of God Black , Chuck Taylor All Star 70s Hi Fear Of God String , the Converse Chuck 70 Fear of God Natural White .
The brand's different collaborations
Thanks to numerous collaborations, the swoosh brand gave Converse a new face in the early 2000s. Her influence has therefore increased and she has regained her status as a youth peer. The Converse Chuck Taylor 70 All Star, a historic model
Since their creation in 1908 by Marquis Mills Converse , Converse sneakers and trainers are still among the most fashionable shoe models in the fashion world. According to the facts, it was after a fall down the stairs that the idea of creating shoes with a rubber sole came to Marquis Mills Converse 's mind. In its early days, the collection was largely composed of dress shoes and boots. However, the brand wasted no time in diversifying by taking its first steps into the sports market. The brand hired the services of a basketball player named Chuck Taylor, playing the role of salesman, in order to be better represented and launched the Converse All Star in 1917 which became iconic in the following years. Several years later, that is to say in 1932, the name of the player Chuck Taylor was printed on the model's badge. The latter is also decorated with a blue star. This is how the Chuck Taylor All Star was born.
Over the years, as the model became more popular, new variations in various colors also emerged. However, the appearance of new firms such as Nike and Adidas in the early 1980s put the company in a delicate position. It therefore went bankrupt and was bought in 2003 by Nike .
